Working together to get you a stronger, healthier,
 more confident YOU!

Welcome to Performance Plus Physical Therapy!
My name is Dr. Danelle Dickson, PT, DPT, OCS, Owner and Physical Therapist here at Performance Plus Physical Therapy, and I am excited to work with you to get you back to the things you love!

We help people of all ages in the DMV area, make the best decisions and find the fastest solutions to getting back to the things they love, without repeated Doctor’s visits, without medications, without injections and without surgery

This practice was created and born out of my personal experience of being injured as a dancer, and going through physical therapy myself to get better. I was sooo scared and worried that I would never get better and be able to dance again. I wondered if my therapist had met anyone just like me and my problem. And even though she did, I feared that I would be different, and that my problem was incurable.

I was absolutely wrong!

I thought of all the people that I could possibly help who felt just like me, that at that moment decided to make a career of being a Physical Therapist. And I never looked back!

So if you have felt like me at some point - scared, worried about a bad diagnosis, afraid to take the next step because you don’t know what’s next for you - I am here to guide you through this process. I promise - on the other side of your problem is a stronger, healthier, more confident you!

If you are struggling with things like running a 5K, playing your favourite game or even the basic things in life like playing with your kids, sitting at your desk at work, or even getting out of bed, then you are in the right place!
