Dr. Dickson is an amazing Physio Therapist and teacher. I learnt so much from doing the DanseBridge Program and she taught me exercises that really helped improve the weaker areas of my body that I needed to become a stronger dancer. The course was super flexible with my busy schedule and I was able to complete all the workouts because it was so accommodating and the perfect amount of time. My body feels much more grounded and stable especially in balances and throughout my legs. I highly recommend this program to any dancer who wants to keep improving technically while cross training your muscles.
